Can a gift with purchase be auto-added to cart?
Yes! Auto-add gift to cart is selected by default and there are even options for this to work when there are multiple products or variants to choose from.
I don’t want my free gifts to stack, does Unicorn have functionality to support this?
Absolutely. All with a simple checkbox so that customers only receive one gift per order.
Can I setup cross-sells to show under specific items only?
Yes, with either block targeting or item specific cross-sells - you can setup your cross-sells to display dynamically, so they are hyper relevant to what someone already has in cart.
Does Unicorn include Shipping Protection?
With our one tick upsell or ‘optional product in checkout button’ functionality, you can setup your own shipping protection product without the need for another app. This is fully owned and the responsibility of your brand, so please follow legal guidelines on this for your region.
Can I setup a cart for just VIP customers to see?
Yes, you can target carts to specific customers only which means super relevant and targeted offers are all possible!
Can I setup spend and save discounts in the cart?
Yes this is easily setup using the ‘bulk discounts’ cart block. A great way to increase your AOV and build loyalty.
Do you offer ‘upgrade to subscription’ for products in the cart?
Yes - not only can you incentivise customers to upgrade to subscription, you can also run specific offers for subscriptions only e.g. free shipping, free gifts etc.
